FuelPlus signs on as Platinum sponsor of Jet Fuel Innovation Summit
FuelPlus, a provider of aviation fuel management services, has agreed to be the Platinum sponsor of the Jet Fuel Innovation Summit, which will take place on April 6-7 at the Four Seasons Houston.
FuelPlus specializes in fuel administration and management software for the aviation industry. The company works closely with industry-leading airlines and aviation fuel suppliers to develop state of the art fuel management products and services. The company’s FuelPlus Fuel Management platform is currently in use at nearly 70 airlines and supplies on four continents and manages approximately 28% of the annual worldwide jet fuel consumption.
“FuelPlus’s participation as lead sponsor allows us to bring the best possible event to this market,” said JJ Hornblass, CEO of Royal Media, the events’ producer. “We are thrilled that FuelPlus has joined our effort to present a new and exciting conference on jet fuel industry innovation and trends.”
Jet fuel is the single most important cost item for the aviation business, and there are efforts underway to improve its use and management. This inaugural event will explore new strategies, technologies, products, and trends in jet fuel and global jet fuel management with a focus on innovation in the industry – a topic not frequently addressed.
Presented by Jet Fuel Innovation News, an industry news source, the Summit will host a number of speakers discussing new technologies and developments in jet fuel operations. The speaker faculty includes John Briere, Director of Fuel Supply Chain Management at Southwest Airlines, Chris Chaput, President at DG Fuels, Gene Gebolys, President at World Energy, and Terry Kulesa, Chief Executive Officer at Red Rock Biofuels.
